My attempt at ginger “Mr. Peanut” did not work out so well.

At Zion on Sunday, as I glanced through the announcement sheet in the bulletin, I saw the announcement for the RUF Christmas party. I became a little nostalgic for the fun times we had at those parties… gingerbread man decorating, passing around the Air Supply tape at the white elephant gift exchange, Pepsi Blue… those were good days.

My most successful moment as a visual artist occurred at the Moseman household in 2004 when I made a gingerbread George Costanza. I’m so glad that I have photographic evidence of this triumph.

One of the all-time ginger-greats. I’m glad you got this photo, too.

Wasn’t that the year that Andrew made the gingerbread hammer and sickle? I wasn’t there, but I remember seeing many of those gingerbread pictures. Maybe we’ll have to bring you in for our annual gingerbread house contest. That is, if we get to do it this year.

Yeah, I put a lot of them on my Flickr site. The first one in the stream is here, and the rest are following.

…And by “following,” I of course mean that they’re BEFORE that picture in my photo stream.

Whatever. You’re smart, you can find them.
